Directions:
For long infusions, pour 1c of boiling water over a heaping Tablespoon of tea. Cover and allow to infuse 4-8 hours. I like to make a quart at a time and let mine sit overnight. Strain and drink throughout the day, keeping leftovers for up to 48hrs in the fridge. Gently reheat (don't boil).

Stinging nettle, raspberry leaf, red clover, milky oats, comfrey leaf, mullein leaf, horsetail, narrow plantain leaf, elderberry, rosemary, rose hips.
