Ideally our lymph and bile flow well, our liver filters, and our blood flushes out what we don’t need to keep us free-flowing like a mountain stream. My absolute springtime favorite to clear out the winter gunk, but a great cup year-round.
Comes in a compostable bag made of 40% recycled materials (3.5oz, approximately 2c by volume).
Directions:
For making tea, steep 1Tb per cup of water. Cover and let stand at least 5 minutes before enjoying. Herbs can be steeped twice.

Dandelion root, roasted burdock root, stinging nettle, peppermint, dandelion greens, cleavers, yarrow, licorice root, marshmallow root.
