Directions:
Add just enough oil of your choice to create a paste, or use directly in bath/foot soaks. Enough for 2-4 scrubs or 2 baths. In addition to exfoliating and moisturizing your skin, salt scrubs help to stimulate lymphatic flow and drainage. On dry skin, begin at your extremities and work your way towards the heart, scrubbing each area until it starts to look flushed before moving on.
